These Terms are entered into by you and between you and Smile Correct Club. (“Smile Correct Club”, “we” or “us”). Your use of the Site and/or registration for any Services constitutes your agreement to the Terms. If you cannot comply with the Terms, please do not use the Services and exit the Site.

All information handled by Smile Correct Club is done so in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We recommend that you read the Privacy Policy, in conjunction with the Terms, to better understand how we collect, use and handle your personal information. The Privacy Policy is available here.
Changes to Terms.
Smile Correct Club reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, alter or update these Terms. The date of the most recent revision of the Terms will appear on this page. Continued access to the Site and use of the Services by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Terms. Smile Correct Club reserves the right to amend terms of usage for the Website. Amended terms will be published on the applicable section of the Website and will be clearly identified. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to comply with these additional rules. Smile Correct Club will inform you of any such changes, modifications, alterations, updates and/or additional rules of usage by posting them on the Site. We may also notify changes to Terms via an email sent to the address that you provided during purchases. You must ensure that your preferred email address is used upon completion of any purchase.
Not Medical Advice.
The Smile Correct Club website contains content featuring oral health and teeth straightening information. The information provided is general in nature and is not medical advice. It does not cater to your individual circumstances nor does it any address any and all disease or health problem, dental complaint, oral health issue or dental health concern a person may have. If you, or another individual has a concern about their dental or oral health they are advised to consult with a registered dentist and seek to do so immediately after the dental or oral health concern has come to their attention. By using this Site and accessing oral and dental health information on it, you are agreeing not to treat any information obtained as being dental or medical advice. You are also agreeing not to use any information on the Site to treat, remedy, self-treat or incorporate into other treatments for any dental or medical issues, concerns or problems you or another person may have.
Intellectual Property Rights.
The Site is expressly owned and operated by Smile Correct Club. Unless otherwise noted, the design and content features on the Site, including information and other materials, illustrations, product layout and design, icons, navigational buttons, images, artwork, graphics, photography, text, data, audio sound, software and the like, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof (the “Site Information”), are owned by Smile Correct Club or its affiliates or are licensed from third party service providers by Smile Correct Club. The Site, as a whole and in part, is protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, and other intellectual property and other proprietary rights, and all other applicable rights are reserved.
Purchases.
Despite the foregoing, to the extent this Site provides electronic commerce, such buying opportunities may be made available for individuals, so long as you are authorised to and are of legal age (18 years at the time of purchase). Your order is an offer to Smile Correct Club to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from Smile Correct Club, you agree to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions and Terms of Trade which can be located here. We will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Appointment Confirmation E-mail"). The Appointment Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when you are booked in for your initial appointment with the Smile Correct Club partner dentist. We will then send you confirmation of your booking with your appointment date and time. This step officially begins your Smile Correct Club treatment (“Appointment Confirmation Email”). You consent to receive sales invoices electronically.
Further Treatment.
Before completion of purchase, the customer agrees that Smile Correct Club is not responsible for any dental treatment required pre-straightening. The Smile Correct Club products are sold on the basis that the customer has a ‘healthy mouth’. If the partner dentist makes the decision that the customer needs further treatment prior to straightening, this will be at the cost of the customer and will be agreed between the customer and the partner dentist. The partner dentists do not operate under an NHS dental scheme and will charge patients on a private cost basis. Once the agreed dental work has been carried out by the partner dentist to achieve a ‘healthy mouth’, the measurements for the Smile Correct Club products can be released to the manufacturer and made to order for the customer.
Pricing and Availability.
We list availability information for products sold by us on the Site, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the Site, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products. Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Site, delivery estimates are not a guaranteed time of delivery and cannot be relied upon as such.
Errors and Corrections.
Smile Correct Club does not represent or warrant that this Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected or that it will always be accessible. Smile Correct Club does not warrant or represent that the information available on or through this Site will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable. Smile Correct Club may make improvements and/or changes to its features, functionality or Content at any time.
Third Party Content.
Third party content may appear on this Site or may be accessible via links from this Site. Smile Correct Club shall not be responsible for and assumes no liability for any infringement, mistakes, misstatements of law, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehood, obscenity, pornography or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations or any other form of content contained in any third party content appearing on this Site. Guarantees.
Dental treatments and products, including clear aligners, teeth straightening and retainers, do not guarantee that any intended results will actually be achieved. Due to the fact that orthodontics is not an exact science, you acknowledge that your dentist and Smile Correct Club have not and cannot make any guarantees or assurances concerning the outcome of your treatment. No assurances or guarantees of any kind have been made to me by Smile Correct Club, its representatives, successors, assigns, and agents concerning any specific outcome of your treatment. Refinement aligners or other procedures may be needed for which additional charges will apply.
After your clear aligner treatment, you will need retainers to preserve any results and prevent regression. Additional charges apply for all retainers.
