Your kit will contain 2 blue putties and 2 white putties. These need to be refrigerated for 24 hours before using.

Bad impressions
Think your impressions aren’t quite right? Get in touch with us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Improperly mixed putty
If your impression looks similar to this, it means you have not properly mixed the putty before beginning your impression. It is extremely important that the putty is correctly mixed for 45 seconds before moulding into the impression tray.
Shallow impressions
A shallow impression can happen if the putty is too warm when you try to make your impression. It is also possible to create a shallow impression if you have not stored the putty in the fridge, or have gone over the 1 minute 20 second time scale.
